Shipping & Returns
Every attempt will be made to process and ship your order the day it's received, but can take between 3-5 business days for regular orders and up to 10 business days for sale orders. We will email you with your tracking number when the order is shipped.
Kindly note that final mile delivery is facilitated by your local postal courier (USPS, Canada Post, etc.). Your local tracking number will be displayed on the "Details" tab of your DHL E-Commerce tracking link.

The goods will be imported on behalf of the buyer. The buyer authorizes TKEES to import the goods on their behalf. Further, the buyer agrees that TKEES may delegate the obligation to import the goods on its behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The buyer will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods at time of purchase.
Returns & Exchanges:
Refunds on items eligible for return are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, all original packaging, including dust bags and merchandise tags, must be included.
Please stand on a clean and dry surface to protect the soles when trying on shoes. Shoes with signs of wear on the soles or anywhere else are not eligible for return.
Customers returning from the US can get started by visiting our Returns Portal within 30 days of receiving your order.
A friendly reminder that all items purchased with a discount of 25% or greater are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Outbound shipping fees are not refundable.
After initiation of the return request you will have up to 30 days to complete the return or your refund will be automatically cancelled.
International Returns:
If you are located outside of the US or Canada please contact help@tkees.com for your return authorization number. Please note that all international customers are responsible for shipping charges including duties and taxes. When returning items back to TKEES, we recommend adding insurance with tracking to ensure your package arrives at our facility.

As we fulfill orders and process returns at our warehouse, increased safety precautions are being taken at every step, and we are doing everything we can to get your orders and refunds to you as quickly as possible.
Due to the impact of COVID-19 on our fulfillment center—and on shipping carriers globally—we anticipate that both order and return processing may take longer than usual. We thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
