Processing Time We strive to process and ship all orders the same business day if placed before 12 PM EST. During high-volume periods or sale events, please allow up to 3-5 business days for your order to be dispatched. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

Note:  DHL SmartMail shipping combines DHL's first-mile pickup with last-mile delivery via USPS. It offers three speed options—Ground, Expedited, and Expedited Max—with transit times ranging from 2–8 business days and full tracking visibility.

Additionally, all shipping times are approximate, as indicates by the "~" symbol, and are not guaranteed by TKEES or the courier.

Canada & International Shipping

We ship to over 50 countries globally. Shipping rates and transit times are calculated at checkout.

  • Canada: 7-11 Business Days (Duties & Taxes calculated at checkout).

  • International: 7-14 Business Days depending on destination.

Duties & Taxes

  • DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): For most regions, we offer the option to pre-pay duties at checkout. This ensures your package is delivered to your door with no hidden fees upon arrival. These fees are set by your local government and are non-refundable by TKEES.

  • DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): If you choose not to pre-pay, you are responsible for paying any applicable import duties and taxes directly to the carrier upon delivery. These fees are set by your local government and are non-refundable by TKEES.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your TKEES. If the fit isn't right, we are here to help. You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, with all tags and dust bags attached.

Important note on shipping fees, duties & taxes: Please note that any shipping fees as well as prepaid duties, and taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable.

GLOBAL RETURNS

We have simplified our returns to give you the best fit experience.

  • Exchanges: FREE. Need a different size or color? We cover the shipping both ways. Your new pair ships as soon as your return is scanned by the carrier.

  • Store Credit: FREE. Receive a TKEES gift card for the full value of your return.

  • Refund to Original Payment: $7.00 USD Fee. A handling and processing fee of $7.00 USD will be deducted from your refund amount.

Note: Original shipping costs, as well as any pre-paid duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items

Items marked "Final Sale" or purchased with a discount of 25% or greater are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. 


HOW TO START A RETURN

  1. Visit our return portal at the bottom of the home page or by going to: https://tkees.com/apps/redo/returns-portal

  2. Enter your Order Number and Email Address.

  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return and choose your outcome (Exchange, Credit, or Refund).

  4. Download your prepaid shipping label and drop your package off at the nearest authorized location.

Please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to appear on your statement after we receive and inspect your return.

Shipping Suspensions
We are currently unable to ship to Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, and select other regions due to carrier restrictions. If your country is not listed at checkout, we cannot serve your region at this time.

Right of Withdrawal (applies to customers in the European Union only):

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from many contracts within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Please note that under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid label will be provided through our withdrawal portal; the label cost will be deducted from your refund.

We will issue your refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving notification of your cancellation, or, if later, once we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been shipped back to us.

This right applies to all items purchased through our store, with certain exceptions such as digital products, perishable goods, sealed personal hygiene products, and personalized items, as set forth in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
