Store Manager

Responsibilities
- Growing our business through exceptional customer service and top-performing sales.
- Secure company assets through implementation of effective loss prevention methods, policies, and procedures.
- Organize schedules for Key Holders and Sales Associates to optimize sales opportunities.
- Ensure store meets visual merchandising and maintenance standards
- Provide key holders and sales associates with continuous performance feedback and necessary training to assist them in meeting position requirements.
- Manage inventory and stock and provide inventory feedback/requests as needed
- Representing the TKEES lifestyle through your personal style and experiences
Qualifications
- Strong leadership skills and 5+ years of previous luxury retail experience are an asset
- Experience with clienteling, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Dedicated to high levels of customer service and sales productivity
- High attention to detail
- A great sense of style
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in fast paced environments
