Final-mile delivery is handled by your local postal service (e.g., USPS, Canada Post). You can find your local tracking number under the “Details” tab within your DHL eCommerce tracking link.

Duties and Applicable Fees
Duties and taxes are set and collected by your country and are non-refundable. For more information on import duties and taxes, please email help@tkees.com
For pre-paid duties options, please note:
- The goods will be imported on behalf of the buyer.
- The buyer authorizes TKEES to import the goods on their behalf and agrees that TKEES may delegate this obligation to a subcontractor (e.g., a customs broker).
- The buyer will pay taxes and duties in addition to the purchase price at the time of purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
Refunds on eligible items are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, all original packaging (including dust bags) and merchandise tags must be included.
Please try on shoes on a clean, dry surface to protect the soles. Shoes showing signs of wear (on the soles or elsewhere) are not eligible for return.
If you are returning from the US and selected the program at checkout that provides free returns for store credit and exchange protection, there will be no charge for the return label. If you did not select exchange protection, or you prefer a refund instead of an exchange, you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
You may initiate a return for store credit or an exchange through our Returns Center and will be provided a prepaid shipping label.
Items purchased at 25% off or more, or marked Final Sale, are not eligible for return or exchange. Outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.
After initiating a return request, you have up to 30 days to complete the return, or the refund request will be automatically cancelled.
International Returns
If you are located outside the US, please contact help@tkees.com for a return authorization number. International customers are responsible for all shipping charges, including duties and taxes. We recommend adding insured, trackable shipping to ensure your package arrives at our facility.
