How can we help?
Website Orders:

Online orders are processed Monday - Friday, 2-5 business days of order placement, unless indicated in the product description. If your order was placed during a promotional sale, please expect 7-14 business days for your order to ship.

Orders placed after 1pm EST Friday or Saturday/Sunday will be processed the following Monday morning.

Any amendments or cancellations to orders must be made before an order ships, so notify us at help@tkees.com with your order number and the details of your request as quickly as possible if any changes are required. Once an order leaves our warehouse, we unfortunately cannot make any changes to your shipment so cancelations and edits are not guaranteed.
Sale Items:
- Unless indicated otherwise, all items purchased with a discount of 25% or greater are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We do not honour price adjustments on items purchased before a sale.
Kindly note that orders cannot be changed or updated once they are placed as they immediately start processing.
If you'd like to add another item to your order, please place a new order for the item.
Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.
Promo Codes:
We all love a deal, but there are a few little rules:
- Only one code may be used per order.
- Certain items (including all sale items) are excluded from special offers.
- Codes may not be applied after an order is processed.
Care Tips:
If you believe you have received a defective TKEES item, kindly contact us at help@tkees.com. Please include in your email:
- The date you purchased the item
- Your order number
- A picture of the defect
- The 5-digit batch code printed on the inside of your straps
