Performance Marketing Manager

The Performance Marketing Manager at TKEES will be responsible for developing and executing our growth strategy, encompassing both customer acquisition and retention marketing. TKEES takes a very data-led approach to everything that we do. You will be using analysis tools to figure out scalable acquisition channels and executing on these insights to grow the business.  The right candidate will work alongside the founders and internal stakeholders / subject matter experts (brand marketing, ops, sales, support, etc) to drive the development, implementation, and execution of TKEES’ customer acquisition strategy.  

 

Skills and Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in eCommerce, with a deep focus on performance-based growth marketing
  • Experience with full funnel marketing across the entire spectrum of DTC marketing toolkits (ie customer acquisition, conversion and engagement) and cross-channel (ie online and offline media)
  • Experience in owning and managing a budget, forecasting, and delivering on monthly goals of Ad spend, CPA, ROAS, Retention and LTV
  • Top-notch analytical skills with a proven ability to sift through data to find opportunities and actionable insights that are not readily apparent and clearly communicate them to a diverse set of stakeholders
  • Deep expertise of ad/web/email reporting and analytics platforms, such as Google Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook Attribution, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Pinterest Ads, Snap Ads Dashboard, TikTok Ads Dashboard, etc.)
  • Strong track record of effective collaboration with creative/brand marketing and product management teams
  • Experience with building high-performing teams
  • Forward thinking and on the cutting edge of latest performance marketing trends
  • Experience in a growth-stage company is highly preferred

Responsibilities 

  • Build, grow and lead demand generation and acquisition from end to end
  • Engage, nurture and convert prospects into customers through segmentation, emails, curated content, etc
  • Own, test, and optimize demand/acquisition through performance channels (Paid Search, SEO, Paid Social, Targeting, Retargeting, and Paid Media)
  • Work closely with sales and product marketing to understand customer and market needs, and to create/optimize content and collateral
  • Forecast, analyze, measure and report the impact of performance marketing activities on demand, revenue and ROAS
  • Use a combination of demand generation and lead generation strategies to drive a pipeline of qualified leads
