Job Description

In this role TKEES' Social Media Strategist will spearhead the development of digital experiences that differentiate TKEES online and integrate marketing programs across all owned social media channels. In this role they will be the owner of TKEES' social media channels and act as a strategic expert. This role requires working closely with creative, marketing and customer service teams to bring campaigns to life on social media through digital content. TKEES' Social Marketing Strategist will drive strategy, recommend and support in the design of digital content made for social channels, track performance of these initiatives and also drive impact on acquiring new customers, promoting traffic, contributing to revenue and showcasing TKEES' brand’s image. To succeed in this role, this candidate should have a keen eye for identifying and testing new platforms and understand emerging trends in the digital and social media space.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Lead the development of digital content and social media planning across all owned platforms
  • Act a digital strategist to simultaneously grow TKEES’ owned digital/social platforms while creating unique brand stories and online moments for the TKEES community
  • Develop social-first content, including imagery, graphics and copy, working closely with the creative and marketing teams 
  • Manage all social media platforms on a daily basis, posting engaging brand and channel appropriate content
  • Develop and manage a social roadmap, supporting key brand milestones and product launches through innovative, share-worthy campaigns
  • Manage the strategy and execution of an imaginative and results-driven social presence
  • Develop and execute social media strategies and day-to-day activities that grow following, engage our audience and drive sales for the brand
  • Coordinate social responses with customer happiness team as needed in a thoughtful and timely manner
  • Stay current in social media and digital marketing trends; continuing to educate teams on innovations, creative strategy, and maintain digital leadership within the industry
  • Analyze, measure and report on social media efforts, identifying and actioning opportunities for greater success

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Comprehensive body of work supporting digital and social media experience
    • Have a minimum of 5 years in digital and content marketing experience, which includes hands-on knowledge of platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest etc.
    • Demonstrated success leading innovative and ROI-driven social initiatives from ideation through execution and reporting
    • Versed in all channels relevant to fashion and consumer brands
    • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage and collaborate 
    • Demonstrated experience with and passionate about social media with experience using platforms, tools, and other resources
